Standard delivery is £7.50 per order, orders over £250 are carriage free.

All orders for overnight delivery must be placed with us before 10.00am. Orders placed after the 10.00am deadline for overnight delivery will be processed the following day.
The carriage charge for overnight delivery is:
All orders up to and including 10 blinds – £15.00
Each additional blind will be charged at £2.00
* All overnight orders are not guaranteed and are subject to the maximum daily capacity of blind orders within our production facility.
Our blinds are all made to measure, therefore we cannot accept returns for mis-measured blinds and do not pay refunds under any circumstances.
If however, your blinds arrive faulty, or to an alternative size as specified, we will send replacement(s) once we have received the original blinds back.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of postage.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Returned items should be posted back to us or sent by carrier.
Please contact us first to inform us of your intention to return any items. Please have your order number ready.
